Job Overview

We are expanding, and with this growth, we are looking to add a Commercial Sales Specialist to our dynamic team. This role is crucial for driving our successful brand into new markets and enhancing our presence in Commercial Sales.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with occasional evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the company to potential commercial clients and identify opportunities to secure service agreements that are both competitive and profitable.
  • Manage all sales activities and maintain customer relationships with commercial clients.
  • Report directly to the Service Manager and Owner.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of successful service sales experience.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Strong multitasking abilities.
  • Organized and punctual in completing tasks, calls, and projects.
  • Two to five years of proven sales experience.
  • Effective time and activity management skills.
  • A valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with the industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
  • Experience in the HVAC sector.
  • An energetic and proactive personality.
  • Well-organized with the ability to work independently.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Capability to climb ladders.
  • Comfortable climbing and walking on rooftops and within building interiors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and attend appointments with prospects and clients as planned.
  • Develop and present professional sales proposals to clients effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, active prospects, and sales forecasts.
  • Provide weekly updates on sales call planning, upcoming schedules, and customer follow-ups.
  • Contribute to product/service development and marketing strategies in collaboration with relevant leaders.
  • Enhance and sustain profitable sales by identifying and addressing customer needs through a structured sales process.
  • Proactively establish relationships with prospects and vendor partners to achieve sales goals and retain customers.
  • Generate accurate estimates for service agreements by gathering necessary information from job sites.
  • Be available to address any inquiries related to equipment locations.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding market penetration, revenue opportunities, and customer concerns.
  • Develop and implement effective customer action plans to achieve sales objectives.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company's products and services, competition, customer needs, and industry trends.
  • Supply all relevant information to assist the team in the follow-through process, including notes, images, and equipment details.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to meet revenue goals and sales targets.
