Customer Support Specialist

This position is focused on enhancing a customer-centric sales environment while ensuring smooth operational processes within the store. Key duties include managing merchandise, processing stock, and maintaining an organized stockroom.

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Efficiency
  • Manage merchandise processing, maximize stockroom space, and ensure prompt display of new inventory.
  • Accurately document receiving processes, assist with pricing updates, and follow visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Uphold cleanliness and organization standards within the boutique.
Customer Engagement
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and support a seamless omni-channel shopping experience.
Collaboration and Development
  • Promote an inclusive and cooperative approach to problem-solving.
  • Pursue opportunities for personal growth and constructive feedback.
Additional tasks as assigned.

This role may exist across various brands with differing responsibilities.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in stock management or cashier roles is preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills and capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to adapt to company technology and remain on foot for the majority of the shift.
  • Capability to meet deadlines, demonstrate teamwork, and adhere to visual merchandising standards.
  • Regular attendance is crucial, with a flexible work schedule necessary.
Physical Requirements:
  • Continuous walking/standing for a significant portion of the 8-hour shift.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs. for 1-33% of the 8-hour shift.
  • Frequent climbing for 34%-66% of the 8-hour shift.
