Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in stock management or cashier roles is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills and capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to adapt to company technology and remain on foot for the majority of the shift.
- Capability to meet deadlines, demonstrate teamwork, and adhere to visual merchandising standards.
- Regular attendance is crucial, with a flexible work schedule necessary.
- Continuous walking/standing for a significant portion of the 8-hour shift.
- Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs. for 1-33% of the 8-hour shift.
- Frequent climbing for 34%-66% of the 8-hour shift.
