  • Manage incoming calls and deliver prompt, friendly customer service.
  • Collect customer information and details regarding their situation, coordinating with the scheduler to deploy a team.
  • Focus on precise data entry and information management.
  • Support project managers and coordinators with various tasks as needed.
  • Continuously review and enhance program metrics through regular process evaluations.

On-Call Responsibilities: Participate in the on-call rotation to handle after-hours emergency inquiries, including new situations and scheduling during designated on-call periods.
