As a Manager, Price Strategy, you'll play a critical role in driving our growth by developing and implementing alternative fee arrangement programs that transition our firm away from time and material pricing towards value-based strategies.

Key responsibilities include defining, developing, and overseeing pricing value-based and offer configuration programs, managing cross-functional stakeholder alignment, and leading team leadership to ensure successful execution of pricing strategies.

You'll work closely with the Pricing and Commercial Enablement organization to align function and service unit leadership with strategic plans and processes. Conducting research and analysis to develop price measurements across all KPMG functions, utilizing external market research and collaboration with other departments, is also a key aspect of this role.

As a Manager, Price Strategy, you'll drive ongoing pricing process improvement initiatives at scale, identify inefficiencies, and implement enhanced pricing processes to align with firm growth objectives and market dynamics.

We're looking for a seasoned professional with a minimum of five years of recent experience in a pricing role or related field. A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required, with a Master of Business Administration or relevant Master's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.

Experience within a professional services firm or strategic pricing function, with a demonstrated leadership career path acceleration, is essential. Proficiency in at least two or more of the following consulting areas: service pricing strategy development, scenario planning, CRM or CPQ implementation support, operational and performance improvement, or other relevant pricing experience, is also required.
