Position Summary

We are currently seeking a highly organized individual with strong administrative and interpersonal capabilities who is eager to advance their career with a reputable organization. The Administrative Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of a branch office by assisting management with various administrative tasks, working under the supervision of the Branch Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all administrative operations within the branch, including communication with relevant support departments when necessary.
  • Manage the procurement and inventory of all branch office supplies and materials, adhering to budgetary constraints.
  • Operate and maintain all office equipment and machinery.
  • Handle manual bookkeeping, petty cash, and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Answer phone calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel, and take messages as needed.
  • Greet visitors to the office warmly and direct them as required, while also being prepared to provide customer service.
  • Perform various filing, data entry, and clerical tasks as assigned by branch management.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage a diverse range of administrative responsibilities efficiently.
  • Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in various computer applications, including word processing and spreadsheets.
  • Familiarity with office methods, practices, and procedures.
  • Ability to comprehend and execute both oral and written instructions.
  • Sound judgment in decision-making processes.
  • Capacity to foster cooperative working relationships as part of a team.
Education and Experience:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in general office administration.
  • Knowledge of roofing and building materials is advantageous.
