Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated *Bilingual Office Assistant* to become a vital part of our professional team in the Twin Cities. This role involves providing essential office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies while overseeing various administrative projects. Key Responsibilities of the Bilingual Office Assistant:

  • Coordinate and manage complex activities such as meetings, travel arrangements, conferences, and departmental events for all team members.
  • Develop, maintain, and update the department's filing system.
  • Extract information from the data management system and maintain accurate log journals and files.
  • Organize and prioritize substantial amounts of information, drafting written responses or replies via phone or email as necessary. Address regularly occurring information requests.
  • Handle messages and respond to routine and non-routine inquiries.
  • Act as a liaison with other departments and external agencies, including senior staff, while managing confidential and sensitive information and clarifying policies when needed.

Qualifications for the Bilingual Office Assistant:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
