Position Overview

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently in search of an Administrative Operations Coordinator.

Job Title: Administrative Operations Coordinator
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday; Standard Operating Hours
Compensation: $20.00 to $26.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a high-volume email correspondence.
  • Maintain and update customer and account data using TMS and ERP systems.
  • Accurately collect and manage data with exceptional typing skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Supervise shipping and carrier accounts.
  • Process requests for Certificates of Insurance and manage rebates.
  • Coordinate logistics resources and subscriptions.
  • Support daily operational tasks.
  • Facilitate communication with various company offices.
  • Assist in fulfilling reporting requirements.
  • Handle sensitive information and data responsibly.
  • Respond to inquiries and correspondence efficiently.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Preferred experience of 1+ years in a high-volume data entry position.
  • Strong attention to detail is essential.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks through effective critical thinking and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with TMS and/or ERP systems is advantageous.

Compensation Details: $20.00 to $26.00 per hour
