Role Summary:
The Administrative Assistant/Paralegal plays a crucial role in delivering administrative assistance to the designated team, contributing to the advancement of CareSTL Health's objectives. This position involves routine clerical tasks and supports team members with project management, data organization, and other essential office responsibilities. Additionally, the role encompasses logistical coordination for meetings and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to team members, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, entering data, arranging travel, and managing expense reports.
- Organize and maintain calendars for a variety of activities such as appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements, while proactively identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings and events, which entails securing venues, arranging catering, preparing necessary materials, and confirming participant attendance.
- Draft, edit, and proofread various documents, including correspondence, agendas, minutes, reports, and invoices, ensuring effective communication and organized filing systems.
- Keep accurate and updated records, including files, contact lists, and database entries.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma is mandatory.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
Experience:
2-4 years of relevant experience is required.
Additional Details:
- Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Offers 11 paid holidays annually.
