Position Overview:
This role is a hybrid position that encompasses both administrative and project coordination responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the Head of Technology Strategy, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and special projects.
- Project Coordination: Support the Hub Leadership Team by coordinating hub-wide initiatives, events, and employee engagement activities.
- Documentation: Prepare and refine correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring they are accurate and professionally presented.
- Budget Management: Oversee the hub budget, expenses, and invoices, ensuring adherence to company policies.

Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in administrative and project management roles, ideally within a life sciences or technology context.
