Job Summary:

The Assistant General Manager is a key role within our team, responsible for supporting the daily operations of the clinic and staff to drive a profitable, professional, and safe work environment. This includes assisting with hiring and coaching clinic staff members, training them on all company operations and policies, and focusing on driving results of the front desk staff to maximize sales outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and foster a sales culture to drive revenue growth
• Coach and train customer service mindset to deliver exceptional member experiences
• Anticipate and mitigate customer service issues to ensure high satisfaction rates
• Handle escalated customer situations with professionalism and empathy
• Complete required tasks such as inventory and payroll accurately and on time
• Manage employee schedules and time off requests to ensure seamless operations
• Ensure compliance with state, local, and corporate regulations and policies

Requirements:

• AA (Associate Degree) and BA (Bachelors) preferred
• Schedule flexibility and availability for nights and weekends
• Places a high value on professionalism from themselves and their staff
• Must be customer service oriented and communicate effectively and articulately, verbal and written, and in a courteous and professional manner
• Knowledge in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
