Assistant General Manager

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven leader to support the daily operations of our clinic and team. As an Assistant General Manager, you will play a critical role in driving sales goals, providing exceptional customer service, and building a high-performing team.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Coach and train customer service mindset, anticipate and mitigate customer service issues, and handle escalated customer situations.
- Sales: Develop and foster a sales culture, set goals and drive results, motivate and inspire team, and identify and develop underperformers.
- People: Attract and retain talent, support and develop team, and drive a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Administrative: Complete required tasks such as inventory and payroll accurately and on time, manage employee schedules and time off requests, ensure compliance with state, local and corporate regulations and policies, and hire, onboard, and train employees.
Qualifications:
- AA (Associate Degree) and BA (Bachelors) preferred.
- Schedule flexibility and availability for nights and weekends.
- Places a high value on professionalism from themselves and their staff.
- Looks and acts professional at all times.
- Understands that as a member of management, you will be asked to take emergency calls at times, and while we do our best to minimize this, we do ask that you are committed to supporting your staff.
- Must be customer service oriented.
- Must communicate effectively and articulately, verbal and written, and in a courteous and professional manner on a regular basis.
- Accepts constructive criticism and uses it as a tool for personal and professional growth.
- Knowledge in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
