Job SummaryWe are seeking a Business Development Manager to provide leadership and direction for geographic location(s) or specific market sector(s) over a broader geographic area. The successful candidate will cultivate prospects and negotiate contracts for Austin Services, generating meaningful and profitable business for the Company.
Key Responsibilities- Provide business development leadership and direction for geographic location(s) or specific market sector(s) over a broader geographic area.
- Cultivate prospects and negotiate contracts for Austin Services.
- Understand business negotiations and recognize and act upon opportunities to promote the Company's expertise and successful past performance.
- Keep contact with the client to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Some travel is required to cultivate new and ongoing business development endeavors.
- Normally requires a 4-year degree in Engineering, Architecture or Business (or equivalent) and at least 6-10 years of diversified experience.
- In lieu of this, 10+ years of experience across the industry.
- Experience across Aerospace sector is required.
