This role as a Lead Technical Program Strategist will integrate into the Global Infrastructure Customer Experience team, reporting to the Enterprise Cloud Technology office. You will utilize your extensive technical knowledge to facilitate the delivery of infrastructure solutions, overseeing the management of journeys through a unified API framework supported by a premier UI Portal experience, all developed with cutting-edge cloud-native technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct the execution of defined program objectives for complex initiatives.
  • Collaborate across teams to identify, monitor, and mitigate risks and challenges to successful delivery.
  • Oversee the tracking of project progress and activities related to significant initiatives, contributing to design discussions and resolving issues to meet program objectives.
  • Work closely with Infrastructure Product and Engineering teams to ensure alignment on integration strategies and technical execution.
  • Engage with product and engineering leaders to develop implementation roadmaps.
  • Compile and present updates for leadership, facilitating discussions on delivery status and critical decisions.
  • Identify and implement enhancements to the delivery process, collaborating with relevant teams to optimize workflows.
  • Mentor and support Technical Project Managers and team members as needed.
  • Analyze relevant OKRs/KPIs to derive insights and determine next steps.
  • Participate in PI planning and Agile ceremonies, contributing to prioritization discussions and assessing feasibility and risk.
  • Coordinate and align efforts between Product Owners, Architects, and Engineers to fulfill regulatory and technical requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to SDLC standards and facilitate change and release management activities.
  • Address complex inter-team technical dependencies and gaps in technical management.
  • Promote documentation best practices to ensure compliance with requirements.
  • Drive consistency across workstreams regarding technical and regulatory standards, developing documentation for ongoing maintenance.
  • Embrace a mindset of continuous improvement within the Technology SDLC process.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical field or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
  • Project management certifications are a plus.
  • A minimum of 5 years in program delivery and project management.
  • Experience with Agile/SAFe/Lean methodologies is essential.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Ability to independently drive initiatives with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving skills in ambiguous situations.
  • Excellent communication skills tailored to diverse stakeholder groups.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technical acumen to discuss challenges and systems design.
  • Quick learner with the ability to acquire new technical skills.
  • Familiarity with major coding languages to assist in delivery challenges.
  • Experience in writing technical documentation.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional projects involving multiple technical teams.
  • Strong analytical skills to leverage metrics for problem diagnosis and delivery improvement.
  • Proficient in managing change in dynamic environments and influencing without direct authority.
