Position Summary:
Gen3 is in search of a driven Technical Solutions Strategist to play a pivotal role in delivering expert technical advice and support for our federal clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with stakeholders to evaluate existing IT infrastructure, systems, and competencies.
- Identify technical deficiencies between current capabilities and future requirements, and formulate actionable recommendations.
- Provide expert insights on the design and implementation of IT solutions that align with strategic objectives.
- Lead initiatives related to IT transformations, upgrades, migrations, and process enhancements.
- Create detailed IT strategy documents, technology roadmaps, and system architecture blueprints.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, standards, and guidelines.
- Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- 7+ years of experience in IT, focusing on enterprise architecture, systems analysis, or solution architecture.
- Strong technical proficiency and practical experience with a diverse array of technologies and systems.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to translate technical jargon into business language.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CISM are highly preferred.
- Prior experience working with federal or state government agencies, particularly in federal financial sectors such as the IRS or Treasury, is highly advantageous.

Employment Eligibility: Candidates must be eligible to work for any employer in the United States without requiring sponsorship. Most positions necessitate a government security clearance; therefore, applicants must be U.S. Citizens or Green Card holders. Certain roles may require a minimum of three (3) out of the last five (5) years of residency in the United States.
