Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Oversight: Manage timelines, oversee budgets, and ensure project completion aligns with established financial and temporal constraints.
  • Technical Guidance: Lead and mentor systems analysis and programming teams, providing essential technical support and direction.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in technical project management, product development, or similar domains.
  • Software and Hardware Expertise: Proven experience in overseeing software and hardware system development, configuration, and operational processes.
  • Cloud Project Management: Background in managing cloud development initiatives and enterprise cloud solutions (OCI, Azure, AWS).
  • Educational Credentials: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and contemporary application development utilizing cloud services.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to collaborate with diverse teams to establish and uphold project roadmaps, set expectations, and maintain high operational standards.
  • Strategic Insight: Demonstrated capacity for broad and strategic thinking, complemented by exceptional written communication skills.
  • Leadership Qualities: Critical thinking, maturity, negotiation, and analytical skills are essential. Comfort with large data sets is necessary.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Roadmap Development: Create and manage roadmaps for cross-functional teams, tracking and reporting on project milestones.
  • Execution Management: Ensure timely and scope-compliant delivery of features for users and developers.
  • Customer Experience Focus: Uphold high standards for the Oracle customer experience.
  • Process Enhancement: Recommend improvements to processes and act as a resource for project-related inquiries.
  • Resource Coordination: Ensure necessary resources are available to support project initiatives.
  • Status Reporting: Provide ongoing updates on project status to senior management.
  • Division Representation: Represent the division independently at the VP level and above with appropriate guidance.
  • Issue Management: Identify and resolve issues across the division by collaborating with key stakeholders.
  • Relationship Management: Build robust relationships across teams to effectively address complex, division-wide challenges.
