We are currently seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our Midwest Region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Duties
    1. Maintain and update project logs to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Billing and Invoicing
    1. Assist in the timely submission of subcontractor invoices.
  • Project Management Support
    1. Help complete project initiation forms and set up project file structures for effective document management.
  • Document Control
    1. Assist in overseeing the document control system to ensure organized filing.
  • Additional Tasks
    1. Support various administrative functions, including:
    • Responding to correspondence as directed.
    • Managing office supplies and inventory.
    • Coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and training sessions.
    • Facilitating the ordering and delivery of supplies for remote team members.

Qualifications:

  • Exemplary office etiquette and strong customer service skills for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite, including MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Project.
  • Willingness to work in a part-time office setting.
