Key Responsibilities- Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and staff to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including demographic and medical information.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, procedures, and tests as needed.
- Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Ensure compliance with Bluegrass Orthopaedics' policies and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of medical terminology.
This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work in a busy office environment. The successful candidate will be able to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
