Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at Foster Health & Wellness Pllc. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients in achieving customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support.
  • Manage patient registration and flow, ensuring timely and efficient processing of patient information.
  • Administer patient contracts and sign-ups, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Schedule new and current patients, coordinating appointments and ensuring seamless communication.
  • Process patient check-outs and handle point-of-sale transactions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized consultation room environment, setting up for patients as needed.
  • Answer phones and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Enter patient data accurately and efficiently, utilizing electronic medical records systems.

Requirements:

  • Multi-tasking and self-motivation, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent telephone and communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
  • Time management and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets, with a preference for previous experience.
