We are seeking a dedicated administrative professional to join our team in an in-office capacity.

  • This role is not intended as a stepping stone.
  • This position is not for those pursuing a paralegal career.
  • We are looking for experienced administrative professionals who value hospitality and essential administrative support.

Compensation:

Annual salary range of $42,000 - $47,500, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities:

This role is vital in ensuring clients receive compassionate and efficient service. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for becoming a valued member of our firm.

  • Manage incoming calls, ensuring they are screened, prioritized, and directed appropriately; communicate professionally with clients, vendors, attorneys, and court personnel; accurately document messages and relay them to the appropriate team members.
  • Oversee the reception area, conference rooms, and kitchen; maintain inventory and cleanliness.
  • Deliver exceptional hospitality; arrange refreshments and meals for meetings and conferences.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.
  • Open and close the office daily.
  • Provide clerical support to all team members as needed; prepare various documents and correspondence accurately.
  • Organize and manage the daily workflow for attorneys and paralegals.
  • Maintain the case management database.
  • Gather and log potential client information.
  • Establish and maintain an organized filing system for both electronic and physical documents.
  • Assist with marketing efforts as required; maintain contact lists and support marketing initiatives.
