Position Overview: Executive Personal Assistant
This is a full-time role dedicated to providing comprehensive support to the principal and their team through various administrative functions and task management. The primary responsibility involves collaborating closely with the Executive Assistant to the CEO in organizing both personal and professional commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily administrative tasks and errands.
- Manage the principal's schedule, ensuring efficient time management across different time zones.
- Oversee home management, including liaising with contractors during renovations.
- Conduct daily check-ins at the principal's residence, handling mail and general upkeep.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
- Fluency in Spanish or a strong command of the language.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to travel domestically and internationally.
- A flexible and positive demeanor, ready to adapt to last-minute changes.
- Prior experience as a Personal Assistant within a Family Office environment, with a strong emphasis on diary management and basic bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Work Environment:
This position is based in a hybrid setting, primarily at the principal's residence with some remote work. Regular hours are Monday to Friday, with occasional out-of-hours commitments as necessary.
