Compensation:

Annual salary ranges from $42,000 to $47,500, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Your role will be essential in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service. The following responsibilities are crucial:

  • Manage incoming calls, ensuring effective communication with clients, vendors, and court personnel; accurately document messages and relay them to the appropriate team members.
  • Oversee the reception area and maintain cleanliness in common spaces, including conference rooms and kitchens.
  • Provide outstanding hospitality by preparing refreshments for meetings and events.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.
  • Open and close the office daily.
  • Assist all team members with clerical tasks, including drafting documents and correspondence.
  • Organize and prioritize daily workflows for attorneys and paralegals.
  • Maintain the firm's case management system.
  • Gather initial client information for potential new clients.
  • Establish and uphold an organized filing system for both electronic and physical documents.
  • Support marketing efforts as needed, including maintaining contact lists.
