GE Healthcare Imaging Applications Consultant

As a pivotal member of the GE Healthcare imaging applications team, you will leverage your clinical and operational expertise to provide exceptional education and training focused on the CT modality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance customer satisfaction by collaborating with commercial teams throughout the sales process and post-implementation phases.
  • Conduct in-depth product and clinical training sessions, ensuring end-users are well-equipped to utilize GE Healthcare equipment effectively.
  • Engage in extensive travel to client locations, necessitating residence within the designated territory.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of product, clinical, and software knowledge within the CT modality.
  • Facilitate pre-sale clinical evaluations and educational sessions for prospective clients, aligning training with Sales Order Agreements to achieve high customer satisfaction scores.
  • Coordinate training delivery with integrated account management teams, ensuring alignment with sales and service objectives.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective on-site or remote clinical education delivery.
  • Maintain thorough documentation throughout the training process, from pre-training to post-training support.
  • Provide ongoing support and training throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring customer relationships are nurtured through proactive engagement.
  • Communicate product and customer insights to management and relevant teams to enhance product quality and offerings.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in a clinical or patient-focused environment.
  • Willingness to travel extensively, with a commitment to spend 80+% of time on the road.
  • Proficient in software applications, including Windows Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Ability to learn and utilize specialized industry-specific software for digital education and training.

  • Over 10 years of clinical experience.
  • More than 5 years of experience with GE CT equipment.
  • Strong verbal communication skills, capable of simplifying complex clinical information.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to support and contribute to innovative strategies that enhance the clinical education experience.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset.
