Job Overview

In this role, you will engage in various customer service, marketing, promotional, advertising, and inventory management tasks associated with the receipt, sale, and distribution of parts and accessories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitates sales of products and/or services to fulfill customer requirements.
  • Documents sales and/or counter transactions accurately.
  • Provides Service Technicians with necessary parts as needed.
  • Assists in the preparation and upkeep of merchandise displays.
  • Confirms the receipt of shipments and aids in organizing Machine Down and Stock Orders in their appropriate inventory locations.
  • Participates in all relevant training and development opportunities.
  • Conducts routine housekeeping duties.
  • Maintains the condition of departmental vehicles, inventory, tools, and equipment.
  • Performs additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

Skills & Experience

Minimum of 1 year of experience in Parts Department operations or a related field.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Proficient in standard computer software applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and internet functionalities.
Strong customer relations skills and ability to collaborate within a team environment.
Valid driving record.
Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
Familiarity with John Deere and competing products.
