Position Overview:
This role is classified as Non-Exempt with a compensation of up to $17 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:
- Address inquiries related to Human Resources or direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Execute routine clerical and office support tasks following established protocols, including data entry.
- Organize and maintain personnel documentation and files.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient filing abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage administrative documentation effectively.
  • Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma is required; an Associate's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in Human Resources management or a related office environment is preferred.
