Role Summary: In the capacity of Office Manager, you will be instrumental in maintaining the efficient functioning of our healthcare facility. Your leadership, organizational prowess, and commitment to customer service will be key to our operational success.

Essential Qualifications: Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Oversee a team of at least 10 personnel, promoting a collaborative and encouraging workplace.
  • Healthcare Office Management: Manage multi-line telephone systems, process payments, and navigate insurance claims protocols.
  • Billing and Collections: Possess a solid understanding of billing procedures and assist patients and healthcare providers with billing-related inquiries.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide outstanding customer service with a warm and positive demeanor.
  • Emotional Intelligence: Exhibit empathy and emotional awareness in interactions with patients and staff.
  • Independent and Organized: Operate autonomously, handle multiple tasks, and maintain precision even amidst distractions.
  • Human Resources Knowledge: Familiarity with HR practices is beneficial.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Proactively identify challenges and devise effective solutions.
  • Software Skills: Experience with Patient Scheduling and Electronic Health Records systems is required.
  • Productivity Management: Optimize scheduling to reduce clinician downtime caused by cancellations or no-shows.
  • Computer Proficiency: Competent in Word, Excel, and email communication.
  • Educational Background: A bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Typing Proficiency: Capable of typing a minimum of 60 words per minute with 98% accuracy.
