Role Summary: The Office Manager will be instrumental in facilitating the efficient functioning of our healthcare facility. Your expertise in leadership, organizational capabilities, and exceptional customer service will be vital to our operations.


Essential Qualifications: Must be bilingual, with proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Spanish.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Oversee a team of at least 10 personnel, promoting a cooperative and encouraging workplace.
  • Office Administration: Manage multi-line phone systems, process payments, and navigate insurance claim procedures.
  • Billing and Revenue Cycle: Familiarity with billing practices and assist patients and clinicians with inquiries related to billing.
  • Customer Engagement: Provide outstanding customer service with a welcoming and positive demeanor.
  • Emotional Intelligence: Exhibit empathy and emotional awareness in interactions with patients and team members.
  • Self-Sufficiency and Organization: Operate independently, manage multiple tasks, and maintain precision even amidst interruptions.
  • Human Resources Knowledge: Basic understanding of HR functions.
  • Analytical Skills: Proactively identify issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with Patient Scheduling and Electronic Health Records systems.
  • Efficiency Management: Optimize scheduling to reduce clinician downtime caused by cancellations or no-shows.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email communication.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Typing Proficiency: Capable of typing at least 60 words per minute with 98% accuracy.
