We are seeking an Engineering Manager to take charge of the Mechanical, Test, NPI, CAD, and Document Control teams. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the design and development of custom integrated microwave assemblies and amplifiers, while fostering effective document management and collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct Mechanical and Test Engineering teams in the creation of tailored IMAs and amplifiers.
  • Support the NPI Engineering team to ensure smooth transitions of products into production.
  • Oversee the Document Control team to guarantee the effective management of released documents.
  • Facilitate employee growth and operational improvements in alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Optimize mechanical/test/NPI engineering processes for cost-efficient and high-quality manufacturing.

Technical Duties:

  • Lead the development of innovative mechanical concepts aimed at enhancing SWaP, automation, and design efficiency.
  • Design and evaluate compelling mechanical proposals for new product initiatives.
  • Establish testing methodologies, conduct design reviews, and present findings effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related engineering discipline.
  • Over 15 years of experience in microelectronics packaging and microwave testing.
  • Expertise in design software such as ANSYS, Labview, and Solidworks.
  • Capability to design and assess hardware for various operational environments.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience in managing technical teams.
  • Must be a US Citizen and eligible for Security Clearance.
