About Us:
We are seeking a Director of Mechanical & Plumbing Engineering to spearhead our MEP engineering division. This role is pivotal in driving innovation, ensuring the delivery of high-quality engineering solutions, and influencing the future direction of MEP engineering at 120 Degreez.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction and management for the MEP engineering division.
- Lead the formulation and execution of best practices in MEP engineering design.
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of MEP engineering projects.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to pinpoint opportunities for business expansion.
- Guide and develop the MEP engineering team through mentorship.
- Stay abreast of industry developments and compliance standards.
- Represent the firm at relevant industry gatherings and conferences.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Plumbing Engineering.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in MEP engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is mandatory.
- Demonstrated success in leading MEP engineering teams and managing projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other engineering software.
