Job Overview

This is an entry-level role at Zero Impact Solutions, a leading provider of end-to-end renewable energy solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a background in sales or customer service to join our team as a Client Relationship Associate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Maintain Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and identify opportunities to expand our customer base.
  • Client Needs Analysis: Analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Collect and analyze client feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in our services.
  • Client Trend Tracking: Monitor client trends and report to management to inform business decisions.
  • Regular Updates: Provide regular status updates on client accounts to ensure timely and effective communication.
  • Client Inquiries: Respond to client inquiries and address any concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Meeting Coordination: Coordinate and facilitate regular meetings with clients to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Client Advocacy: Advocate on behalf of the client to ensure satisfactory coordination between internal teams and external project stakeholders.
  • Professional Attitude: Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, and be adaptable to changing circumstances.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Client Service Experience: 1-3 years of experience in client service, sales, or a related field.
  • Business Acumen: Demonstrates a keen business acumen, proficient in prioritization, and makes informed judgment calls when necessary.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, coupled with strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
  • Teamwork: Collaborative and works effectively within a team environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Exceptional multitasking and problem-solving skills.
  • Reporting and Presentation: Comfortable reporting and presenting information.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Commitment: A track record of following through on commitments.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the construction industry is a plus.
