Position:
Automotive Service Receptionist/Cashier
Full-Time Opportunity: 5 Day Work Week - 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Compensation:
$ Hour based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage transactions for services and parts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately reconcile customer bills and process payments via cash, checks, and credit cards.
  • Provide change and issue receipts to customers efficiently.
  • Address customer complaints with professionalism and direct unresolved issues to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain and organize repair orders, parts invoices, and rental forms, ensuring all documentation is complete.
  • Close all open invoices and reconcile gas purchase statements.
  • Support the service and parts departments by answering phone calls and providing clerical assistance.
  • Collaborate with the department manager to stay updated on new products and services.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and ensure a tidy work environment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
