Element Materials Technology is seeking a dedicated Client Service Representative to enhance our customer relationships and ensure satisfaction. This role is pivotal in fostering loyalty among our clientele by managing and nurturing existing accounts. The representative will oversee daily order tracking to guarantee timely deliveries and uphold high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage key accounts by generating detailed status reports for each customer.
- Schedule workflow processes and communicate accurate delivery timelines.
- Provide clients with regular updates on their orders and work in progress.
- Coordinate the return of customer samples and remnants as necessary.
- Collaborate with customers and testing laboratories to address and resolve complaints or issues.
- Assist new customers by providing information through phone and email communications.
- Resolve discrepancies related to purchase orders, including quantity and specifications.
- Direct qualified leads to the sales team for further engagement.
- Invoice completed orders and address any disputes regarding invoices.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma is required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of one year of experience in customer service is essential.
- Experience in aerospace or material testing is advantageous.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Proven success in customer service roles is a must.
- Strong oral and written communication skills are necessary.
- Proficiency in standard office software, including Excel and Word, is required.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure and work independently.
