Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Assistant Site Manager to join our team. As a key member of our site operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive experience for our guests and providing a safe, positive working environment for our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for our guests.
  • Site Operations: Manage site staff and improve/maintain a clean, efficient site.
  • Training and Development: Train the team on all internal and external programs, and build customer loyalty through our membership program.
  • Leadership: Provide daily direction to the staff and ensure safety and other compliance procedures are being adhered to.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and stay in regular communication with the Site Manager.
  • Site Maintenance: Follow through the on-site open/close process and ensure the site is fully operational during business hours.
  • Culture and Interaction: Create a culture and level of interaction to ensure exceptional customer care.
  • Leadership and Feedback: Provide strong, positive, and proactive leadership to the team while providing direction, training, and feedback.
  • Product Knowledge: Sustain a high level of product knowledge and product preparation.
  • Work Environment: Maintain a safe work environment for employees, vendors, and guests.
  • After-Hours Cleaning: Perform after-hours site cleaning by following the schedule.
  • Work Area Maintenance: Maintain designated work areas clean and organized.
  • Team Player: Be a team player and contribute to the success of the team.
  • Compliance: Responsible for compliance with local, state, and federal laws as well as internal audits.
