Client Service Representative Overview:
Element Materials Technology is seeking a dedicated Client Service Representative to enhance our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in fostering customer loyalty through the development and management of relationships with our valued clients. The representative will diligently monitor and track orders to ensure timely delivery and uphold customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage essential accounts by generating status reports tailored to each customer, organizing workflow processes, and communicating precise due dates.
  • Provide clients with regular updates on the status of their orders and ongoing projects.
  • Coordinate the return of customer samples and remnants as necessary.
  • Collaborate with customers and testing laboratories to address and resolve any complaints or issues.
  • Offer information to prospective customers through phone and email communication.
  • Resolve discrepancies related to purchase orders, including quantity and specifications.
  • Direct qualified leads to the sales team for accurate quotations.
  • Invoice completed orders and manage any disputes regarding invoices.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma is required; an Associate or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in customer service is essential.
  • Experience in aerospace or material testing is advantageous.
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proven success in customer service roles is a must.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills are necessary, along with excellent telephone etiquette.
  • Proficiency in standard office software (Excel, Word, and Windows applications) is required.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure are crucial.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities effectively.
