Position Summary

As a Construction Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and verifying the layout of construction sites. Your duties will include:
  • Inspecting construction activities to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
  • Establishing vertical and horizontal building controls.
  • Verifying elevations and correct installations for embeds and anchor bolts in concrete structures.
  • Providing grades for formwork, concrete, and rebar placement.
This role also involves supervising the work of construction personnel and trade contractors.

Qualifications
  • A four-year degree in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple personnel and technical challenges concurrently.
  • Strong knowledge of construction technologies, equipment, methods, and safety protocols.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities.
  • Proficiency in computer applications including MS Office, Email, and PDF software.
  • Ability to meet or exceed project timelines.
  • Experience in effectively supervising large teams.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Attractive salary range ($75,000-$95,000) along with comprehensive benefits including medical and dental coverage.
