  • Conduct on-site assessments to gather data on labor, materials, and other cost-related factors.
  • Identify and assess cost components, such as labor hours, material costs, and production timelines.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing.
  • Review and analyze bids from subcontractors and suppliers for precision and thoroughness.
  • Prepare and deliver bid proposals to clients while negotiating contract terms.
  • Monitor and evaluate project expenses to ensure alignment with initial estimates.
  • Assist in the creation and upkeep of estimating databases and software applications.

Qualifications:
