- Assist with Change Orders: Support the project management team in accurately documenting additional costs.
- Multitasking: Manage multiple estimates concurrently.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: A minimum of three years in construction operations, with a focus on materials management and project execution.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks.
- Independent Work: Capable of working autonomously to achieve shared objectives.
- Presentation Skills: Proficient in creating and delivering professional presentations.
- Mathematical Proficiency: Strong mathematical skills applicable to estimating.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with estimating software such as On-Screen Takeoff (OST), PlanSwift, WinEst, BuilderTrend, Building Connected, and Bluebeam/PDF.
- Software Proficiency: Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project Management tools.
- Professional Attitude: Demonstrated positive demeanor and strong customer service skills.
- Effective Communication: Ability to convey Trillium's values clearly.
Educational Background:
- Degree: An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Estimating, Mechanical, Civil or Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
