Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of three years in construction operations, with a focus on materials management and project execution.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks.
  • Independent Work: Capable of working autonomously to achieve shared objectives.
  • Presentation Skills: Proficient in creating and delivering professional presentations.
  • Mathematical Proficiency: Strong mathematical skills applicable to estimating.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with estimating software such as On-Screen Takeoff (OST), PlanSwift, WinEst, BuilderTrend, Building Connected, and Bluebeam/PDF.
  • Software Proficiency: Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project Management tools.
  • Professional Attitude: Demonstrated positive demeanor and strong customer service skills.
  • Effective Communication: Ability to convey Trillium's values clearly.

Educational Background:

  • Degree: An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Estimating, Mechanical, Civil or Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
