About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Business Manager to join our team in Milwaukee, WI and Chicago North territory. As a key member of our Alpha-1 Sales Team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving sales quotas through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and grow market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including pulmonologists, allergists, and respiratory therapists
  • Provide product education and training to customers and healthcare professionals
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales data and reports
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, market access, and customer service
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in clinical sales or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and sales principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
