Lead Our Healthcare Sales Team

We are seeking a seasoned leader with extensive experience in healthcare sales leadership to join our team at Jobot. As one of the largest operators of rehabilitation hospitals in the United States, we provide high-quality, compassionate care for patients recovering from major injuries or illnesses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Use data to measure progress towards goals and identify opportunities and threats in the marketplace.
  • Manage all marketing operations, including hiring and recruiting staff, and educate marketing staff on tools, budget, sales skills, and territory management.
  • Effectively communicate financial data and operational indicators to marketing and other relevant staff.
  • Understand and manage admission processes, insurance verification, pre-certification requirements, bed control, hospital discharges, and barriers.
  • Identify new and repackaging existing product lines in collaboration with hospital leadership.
