About This Role

Biogen is seeking a collaborative, strategic, and results-oriented Senior Territory Business Manager to support the launch of a new product for the treatment of Major Depressive Disorder (MDD) and Post-Partum Depression (PPD). In this field-based role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining critical relationships with Psychiatrists, Psychiatric NPs/PAs, and other allied health professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans for the assigned territory
  • Effectively communicate complex clinical data, market access policies, and patient support services information to customers and key stakeholders
  • Utilize outstanding interpersonal abilities and Biogen's customer selling approach to identify and cater to the educational needs of customers
  • Align Biogen's product offerings to meet the evolving needs of customers in a productive and compliant manner
Requirements
  • 5+ years of pharma, specialty, hospital, and/or biotech sales experience
  • Proven track record of success as demonstrated by consistent high ranking and achievement awards
  • Proven ability to drive results in a challenging and ambiguous market
  • Customer and patient-focused, able to identify challenges and achieve results with minimal guidance
  • Support, adopt, and promote a culture of compliance
What We Offer
  • Competitive base salary range: $124,500 to $180,500
  • Eligibility for participation in Biogen's LTI grants and other incentive programs
