Position Overview:
We are in search of a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our Front Line team. The Sales Manager plays a crucial role in guiding and coordinating all sales functions within the Sales Office.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit and train new sales representatives.
  • Inspire and mentor the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Facilitate sales and training meetings to enhance team performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures.
  • Oversee that sales operations align with State, Corporate, and National Sales regulations.
  • Maintain the company’s minimum performance benchmarks.

Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of management experience, with 2-3 years in the timeshare or vacation club sector, particularly in Marketing.
  • Strong foundation in customer service and quality principles.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the timeshare industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and excellent organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong strategic thinking and timely information analysis skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills to effectively engage with all organizational levels.
