Work Schedule:

Candidates must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business requirements.

Opportunities for advancement follow a 6-9 month training period and include a significant pay increase at that time.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business or Marketing.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Internship or relevant experience in a customer-facing role preferred.
  • Results-oriented with attention to detail and effective time management skills.
  • A valid driver's license is required, along with the ability and willingness to operate Fleet Jobs vehicles, including a 26' box truck.
  • Regular, predictable attendance is an essential function of the role.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary within the district, work the required schedule, and complete the Fleet Jobs employment application, submit to a background check (including past employment, education, and criminal history), and drug screening are required.

This position is regulated by the Department of Transportation or designated as safety-sensitive by the company, requiring the ability to maintain alertness and operate safely.

Associates must take responsibility for their own safety and the safety of others.
