Role Overview:
As a Safety and Security Specialist I, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our staff, patients, and visitors. This role involves promoting fire safety and prevention measures while performing all duties in alignment with our core values and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide comprehensive fire, safety, and security measures.
2. Actively promote and implement safety protocols.
3. Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
4. Collaborate with team members to enhance safety practices.

Qualifications:
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age

Licensure:
- Valid State driver's license
- Required local, state, or federal Public Safety/Security licensure (to be obtained within 30 days of hire)

Certification:
- Completion of a Basic 16-hour Public Safety/Security course within 90 days of hire (may be part of licensure)

Preferred Skills:
- Ability to read and write in English
- Previous experience in Security, Military, or Law Enforcement is advantageous
