The specialist must consistently apply best practices to uphold compliance, accuracy, completeness, and timeliness in all operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage loan collateral holds on deposit accounts in accordance with loan agreements and release authorizations.
  • Input new loans into the core banking system and ensure accurate balancing of disbursed and received funds.
  • Facilitate review processes for loan account workflows.
  • Process loan payments received through various channels, including mail and electronic requests.
  • Maintain loan accounts as required to ensure ongoing accuracy.
  • Conduct annual analyses of escrow accounts.
  • Verify the completeness and accuracy of the Synergy document database for loan accounts, ensuring data integrity across all bank locations.
  • Receive and update loan files within the appropriate workflow systems.
  • Address routine inquiries from customers and bank personnel in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Meet critical deadlines and adhere to time-sensitive constraints.
  • Execute all necessary tasks to promote effective workflow and achieve departmental objectives.
