Job Title: Sports Marketing Specialist

Employment Type: Fulltime, Permanent

Salary Range: $60,000 - $91,000 Annually

Location: Burbank, CA

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with the marketing manager to devise and execute influencer marketing strategies and campaigns;
  2. Identify suitable external collaborators, particularly social media influencers and content creators, based on various marketing objectives, negotiate and oversee contractual obligations, and implement effective metrics to evaluate success while fostering positive relationships with partners.
  3. Engage partners to support product launch initiatives and content creation efforts, participate in events, beta testing, and provide valuable feedback on new offerings;
  4. Oversee the management of video and photographic content provided by partners, from sourcing through to approval, publication, and archiving within the content library;
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and brand partners to disseminate content and enhance its impact;
  6. Conduct research on relevant industry experts, competitors, target demographics, and users within North America;

Qualifications

Essential Requirements:


• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline;


• 5-7 years of professional experience in the field;


• Minimum of 2 years in marketing, with a comprehensive understanding of online marketing strategies and channels, and familiarity with the social media marketing landscape;


• Proven ability to cultivate and manage relationships with existing and potential partners (influencers and content creators);


• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills; excellent analytical capabilities, high business acumen, and self-motivation;


• Candidates should exhibit a strong sense of determination;

Preferred Qualifications:


• Experience in influencer partnerships, cross-team collaboration, and/or project management;


• Established connections with social media influencers and content creators;


• A genuine interest in videography, photography, camera technology, and drone innovation;


• In-depth knowledge of the North American social media and creative landscape.
