Position Summary:

We are in search of a highly skilled Marketing Technology Specialist who will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing strategies and executing cross-functional initiatives. This role is essential for developing business line strategies and marketing plans aimed at driving applications and achieving immediate marketing objectives while continuously optimizing performance metrics. The ideal candidate should possess the ability to engage with code when necessary, demonstrating proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, and SQL query creation. Responsibilities include crafting content related to payment topics, such as blogs, newsletters, and articles. We value self-motivated individuals who are passionate about technology, possess creative insights, build strong relationships, and deliver measurable, data-driven outcomes. This position is remote.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and monitor marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, social media engagement, and digital outreach.
  • Assist with lead generation, CRM management, data analysis, and prospect research.
  • Conduct targeted outreach campaigns.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in email marketing and social media management.
  • Implement SEO/SEM strategies.
  • Oversee public relations activities.
  • Execute content strategies, including website content, blogs, and newsletters.
  • Manage outreach operations, including lead harvesting and contact list development.
  • Administer online advertising campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Marketing.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Technical Marketing, ideally within the payments sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Segment, Facebook Ads Manager, Reddit Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads Manager, BuzzStream, and ClearScope.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A self-starter who excels in multitasking and thrives in a dynamic environment while maintaining a positive outlook.
  • Excellent prioritization, organizational, and project management capabilities.
