Un Día Típico

El Especialista en Cierre de Préstamos es responsable de recibir y revisar las transacciones de cierre de préstamos y la correspondencia, manejando la actividad correspondiente de acuerdo con las políticas de la empresa y todos los requisitos regulatorios aplicables. Como Especialista , resolverás excepciones, asignarás los cierres de préstamos a los saldos correspondientes y prepararás depósitos bancarios manteniendo el más alto nivel de calidad.

El Especialista en Cierre de Préstamos deberá:

Revisar la documentación/correspondencia entrante para asegurar la integridad de los datos Proporcionar retroalimentación sobre condiciones fuera de balance en la Cuenta de Compensación General Procesar toda la actividad de excepciones para asegurar la finalización oportuna según los SLA establecidos y escalar cuando sea necesario Asistir en la investigación y recopilación de respaldo para informes y rutinas de Cumplimiento internos Manejar actividades transaccionales diarias que incluyen, pero no se limitan a: Revisar y procesar todos los elementos negociables recibidos para transacciones de préstamos y pagos; Reconciliar la actividad completada dentro de los plazos especificados; Actualizar y equilibrar cierres, transferencias, registros e informes estadísticos; Imprimir desembolsos de la empresa; Preparar/Procesar cierres para informes y despachar/enviar correspondencia y cierres; Asegurar la confidencialidad de los préstamos y elementos negociables Realizar otras tareas relacionadas según se requiera y se asigne Demostrar comportamientos alineados con los valores fundamentales de la organización

Lo Que Aportarás

Conocimiento de las prácticas, terminología y plataformas tecnológicas de la industria hipotecaria preferido Conocimiento de las leyes federales y estatales relacionadas con la industria bancaria hipotecaria Experiencia en el uso de sistemas automatizados de seguimiento financiero o de préstamos preferido Conocimiento de principios de servicio al cliente y cobranza es un plus Conocimiento básico en la ejecución de consultas existentes y creación de informes preferido Dominio del teclado numérico por tacto
