A Typical Day The Client Relations Specialist - Third Party Origination will collaborate directly with an Account Executive to address the daily requirements of current clients while actively seeking to expand engagement with existing clients and identify new prospects.

As the Client Relations Specialist, you will achieve loan production targets through proactive and responsive communication and effective pipeline management.


The Client Relations Specialist will:
Conduct outreach to Loan Officers and designated TPO shops, re-engage inactive LOs and/or TPOs to submit loans
Participate in Sales AE/BOM meetings
Engage in daily pipeline management activities
Make outbound sales calls to introduce new programs
Exhibit the ability to source new business consistently
Support client product and pricing needs to provide optimal loan solutions for their customers
Perform other related duties as required and assigned
Demonstrate behaviors that align with the organization's desired culture and values
What You'll Bring High School Diploma / GED
Sales or customer service experience preferred
Proficiency in PC applications, including MS Office tools, Salesforce, loan origination software, and loan servicing software

Compensation:
Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:
Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role
Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role
Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role

Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.
