Position Summary:
The Home Loan Specialist II is a proficient role supporting various channels within the Mortgage Fulfillment Division (MFD). In this capacity, you will serve as a vital contributor to ensure streamlined and effective processes that meet business and customer service goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct intricate data and document verification
- Resolve issues related to third-party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood certification, credit, etc.)
- Manage more complex inquiries via calls, emails, or chat sessions
- Complete appraisal eligibility assessments
- Assess loan applications for adherence to product guidelines
- Execute other related tasks as assigned
- Exhibit behaviors that align with the organization's desired culture and values
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years of relevant industry experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in Financial Services, preferably within the mortgage sector
- General knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations

Compensation:
Individual salaries may vary based on multiple factors, including specific role, geographic location/market data, and skills and experience. Salary range: $40,000 - $60,000.
