Role Overview:
The Home Loan Specialist II plays a vital role in supporting various channels within the Mortgage Fulfillment Division (MFD). In this position, you will be a key player in ensuring efficient and effective processes that align with business and customer service goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct intricate data and document validation.
- Resolve issues related to third-party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood certification, credit, etc.).
- Manage more complex inquiries via calls, emails, or chat sessions.
- Complete tasks related to appraisal eligibility.
- Assess loan applications for adherence to product guidelines.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned.
- Exhibit behaviors that reflect the organization's desired culture and values.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in Financial Services, particularly in the mortgage sector, is preferred.
- General knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations.
