About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Document Management Specialist to join our team at PennyMac. As a key member of our mortgage operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of our document management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Assurance and Control: Oversee daily quality control sampling of onshore and offshore staff activities, including document identification and loan audits.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Maintain scorecards on staff and vendors, and work with Vendor Management to publish statistics.
  • Standard Operating Procedures: Assist in creating and maintaining applicable Standard Operating Procedures and training materials relevant to Document Management.
  • Communication and Coordination: Communicate default activities pertaining to acquisitions on a weekly basis, and coordinate reconciliations and procurement to meet required requests from Contact Finance or Servicing Compliance.
  • Image Repository Management: Oversee image transfers and relationships for acquisition deals.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: 1+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Skills: Strong Excel skills, including VLookup and pivot tables, and origination document knowledge.
